Recently one of our Charter members; winelf had an issue that was addressed successfully by our newest member of the support team, Yoshi2889.
Yoshi2889 is currently our youngest support team member. He first came to our attention in February 2012 later, he was further recognized in April as our Support Helper of the Month for his constant efforts towards the creation of a more friendly and helpful community. He was later asked to join the team to be one of the reliable public representatives of the support team in May 2012. His knowledge of SMF is quite evident from the details and direction provided to his fellow community members.
Once joining the team, he realized there was another aspect to support that he now became somewhat responsible for and that is the Charter Members Help Desk. He responded to that with the same vigour as he did to the support forums. On May 14th, winelf posted a thank you gift of Trader Joe's cookies to Yoshi2889 as a token of appreciation for his efforts to assist his fellow community members.
Many of our support specialist have had occasions like these that most of the community probably doesn't even know about. We wanted to make sure that you all know that we appreciate it when you do things like this.
