I think it's looking great. Much cleaner in appearance than in the past. The CSS tweaks are a bit difficult to visually locate but quite simple to fix once discovered. Good work everyone.  ;)

@ Ronic.....OK doing a fresh install of the 2.1 alpha and will check it out in the next few days and try to edit the theme/s to see how it goes, and report back when done, will be on wen server, then I'll go with the local server after that, opposite of what I did the last time.

OK,

installed the latest version package with the above mentioned changes  on my localhost (PC) and all looks clean and smooth, I have some screens of one of the theme, I'm customizing but, looks like I can not post the attachments here!

the theme is the same one I was working on for the first release of the Alpha, and Yes I know I'll have to update all the changes, but the only main issue with the looks and feel is in the admin  and BBC, ( I know I need to change many things, But I need time to work on that) but It still looks good and the menu seems allot soother from what I remember. These things are on my end I feel!

Note there maybe other issues, but I need time to dig, but from the user point of view, it looks great my friends and thanks for all you do!

I may have an issue installing on the web server, however I need to see if it the server or the SMF, not seeing the root, and all the file folder are set to 755, except you know the 644 ones.

But I will be working on this, and please excuse my bad type and stuff getting old and blind l0l

Maxx

Maxx, keep in mind that this thread is for troubleshooting and finding fixes for the default install and not customizing.  ;)

So far using the default theme, all looks and feels great, I like all the features, the BBC is much clean smoother and better over all then ever. All admin functions seems to be fine so far as a quick looks can tell.

Sp I shall try to start a new ( customized SMF theme and see what happens, I will be back!

Maxx
